As a first team partnership for AKRacing, the company will team up with Spacestation Gaming, current Rainbow 6 world champions, to create branded SSG seating for its players and fans. Besides being the best in their class in the Rainbow 6 professional league, SSG also has active rosters competing on the world stage in Rocket League, Valorant, Smash Ultimate, Smite, Trackmania, iRacing, Clash Royale and World of Warcraft.

The company was founded by Shaun “Shonduras” McBride, a YouTube personality who found his initial fame through Snapchat. Besides Spacestation Gaming the team also runs Spacestation Integrations, an influencer marketing company that manages Influencers and Content Creators such as Peter McKinnon. I got the know the team at Spacestation though our previous gaming chair project when I was working with Vertagear. When the opportunity came up to work with them again, I was all in.

Together, we developed SSG’s next gaming chair. It will be used throughout the Spacestation Gaming compound and by its players and streamers around the country. Fans will be able to purchase these chairs on spacestation.com as well as akracing.com.
